A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a site. It allows your browser to be recognised and certain information to be carried from one page to the next, such as the fact that you are signed in.

No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics. The platform sets only the cookies needed for it to work and to remember a choice you have made. That is why you are shown no consent banner.

• Authentication session : keeps you signed in and protects forms against request forgery. Set by the platform and by the authentication service. Strictly necessary.
• Correlation identifier : a random technical identifier attached to your visit, which allows an error shown on screen to be matched to the server logs. It contains no data about you. Session cookie.
• Language : remembers the language you chose (French, English or Arabic) so it can be served to you again on your next visit.
• Promotional banner : remembers, for the duration of the session, that you dismissed the banner for a running offer, so it is not shown again on every page.

Your display preferences — light or dark theme, text size, list columns and filters — are kept in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies: they are never sent to the server. Clearing the site's data erases them.

Session cookies expire when the browser is closed or when the authentication session ends. The language cookie is kept for up to twelve months. Preferences in local storage remain until you clear them.

You may configure your browser at any time to accept, refuse or delete cookies. Refusing the authentication cookies prevents signing in to your workspace: they are indispensable to the Service.
